Its three-section layout and 20.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage keep high-volume ingredients organized and close at hand. Place it flush against walls or alongside other equipment to maximize workspace without sacrificing airflow.
Stage ingredients on the rail with eighteen 1/6-size x 4-inch deep pans and assemble orders on the full-length 19-inch cutting board. Six refrigerated drawers accommodate bulk backups—each drawer fits one 12" x 18" x 6" pan or one 1/2-size x 6" deep plus one 1/3-size x 6" deep pan (pans for drawers supplied by others). Ideal for sandwich lines, salad programs, and made-to-order stations.
