Stage up to (24) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on the rail and assemble orders on the integrated cutting board. Six drawers below organize bulk ingredients, accepting standard 12" x 18" x 6" pans or 1/2 and 1/3 configurations (pans supplied by others).
