Built for high-volume kitchens, the unit features stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior and back for a durable, cleanable work surface. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm simplify monitoring at a glance. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant supports efficient operation and low routine maintenance.
