The Continental SW72N27M-D mighty top sandwich unit organizes high-volume prep with a 72-inch footprint and 20.6 cu ft of refrigerated storage. Stage ingredients across the top rail with capacity for twenty-seven 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans while a cutting board supports rapid assembly. Ideal for delis, campus dining, and cookline garde manger stations where speed and consistency matter.
Six refrigerated drawers keep backups within arm’s reach and accept common pan layouts, including one 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a 1/2- and 1/3-size, 6-inch-deep combination (supplied by others). Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration simplifies installation and keeps the cold side away from the working edge. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low alarm help you monitor holding temperatures throughout service.
