Stage a full mise en place on the rail with capacity for (27) 1/6-size x 4-inch pans, then assemble orders on the integrated cutting board to maintain a smooth workflow. Six drawers below let you load bulk ingredients in common pan sizes so crews can replenish the rail in seconds during rushes.
Built with a stainless steel top, front, and end panels plus a durable aluminum interior and back, this unit stands up to high-volume kitchens. 3-3/4-inch casters make it easy to reposition for cleaning or to reconfigure your line between dayparts.
