This 72-inch, three-section, front-breathing prep solution stages ingredients in (27) 1/6-size, 4-inch pans while the integrated cutting board supports rapid assembly. Place it against walls or in tight suites without sacrificing airflow.
Accelerate service with (3) field-rehingeable doors that adapt to your line’s flow. Durable stainless steel top, front, and end panels pair with an aluminum interior and back for a resilient, easy-to-clean build. 3-3/4-inch casters let crews roll the unit for nightly cleaning or quick layout changes.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator to keep performance consistent. Electronic controls with a digital display and hi/low temperature alarm help protect product integrity throughout peak service.
