Accelerate service across three sections using (3) field-rehingeable doors that adapt to your workflow. A stainless steel top, front, and end panels combine with an aluminum interior and back for durability and easy cleaning. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps the work area clear and simplifies placement.
Outfit deli, cafe, campus, or healthcare lines to assemble salads, subs, and wraps during peak times. Roll into position on 3-3/4" casters and prep on the included cutting board. Certified cETLus and NSF to support foodservice compliance.
