The hinged glass lid keeps ingredients protected and visible, while the front-breathing design simplifies placement against walls or in built-in stations. A spacious 8" cutting board and (30) 1/6-size pans put everything within reach for rapid assembly.
Maintain tight temperature control with electronic controls, a digital display, and a hi/low alarm that helps safeguard product quality. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator for dependable, low-touch operation.
Built to handle daily rushes, the stainless steel top, front, and ends stand up to constant prep, and aluminum interior surfaces clean quickly. Three field rehingeable doors and 3-3/4" casters support flexible workflows, from line service to catering and campus dining.
