Drive throughput with an 8-inch cutting board and a three-section base that organizes 20.6 cu ft of chilled storage behind three field rehingeable doors. Chefs and operators can configure access from either side of the aisle to fit changing workflows.
Maintain product quality with rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 refrigerant and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator. Electronic control with digital display and hi-low alarm supports accurate monitoring, while stainless steel top, front, and end panels with an aluminum interior simplify cleaning.
