Its three-section, 20.6 cu. ft. interior keeps key ingredients at the ready while the 5-1/2 inch backsplash helps maintain a clean workspace. The front-breathing system supports placement against walls or alongside other equipment to maximize line efficiency.
Expedite plating and station setup using six drawers that accept standard pans—either one 12 x 18 x 6 pan, or one 1/2 x 6 plus one 1/3 x 6 per drawer (supplied by others). Swap pans quickly during service to match menu changeovers without disrupting workflow. Stainless steel front and ends stand up to busy shifts, while the aluminum interior simplifies wipe-downs.
