Stage portions in two drawers, each designed to hold one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) for organized, repeatable prep. An electronic control with digital display and a hi/low temperature alarm help staff verify holding conditions during service.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system supports efficient operation on busy lines. Durable stainless steel front and ends with an aluminum interior withstand daily use in restaurants, cafeterias, and facilities.
