Keep pace on busy lines with the Continental SWF27N-U-D undercounter freezer. Its front-breathing, 27-inch footprint slides beneath worktables while delivering 7.4 cu ft of frozen storage. Stage backups for sauté, garde manger, or pastry without breaking the workflow.
Two drawers organize ingredients; each holds a standard 12 x 20 x 6 pan (supplied by others) so you can swap pans between prep and the line. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor maintains consistent low temps.
Monitor performance at a glance with an electronic control, digital display, and hi-low alarm. Durable stainless steel front, top, and end panels with an aluminum interior stand up to daily rigors, while 1-3/8-inch plate casters let you reposition for cleaning or service.
