The Continental SWF32N-FB-D worktop freezer boosts line efficiency in compact kitchens. Its 32-inch, one-section design provides 9.0 cu ft of frozen storage in two drawers to keep ingredients organized at arm’s reach. Front-breathing, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration simplifies placement along walls or tight cooklines.
Use the stainless steel flat top as a sturdy prep or plating surface. Each drawer accepts either one 12 x 20 x 6 pan or a combination of one 1/2 x 6 and two 1/3 x 6 pans (supplied by others), ideal for proteins, mise en place, or desserts on deck.
Set and monitor temps with the electronic control and digital display, while the hi-low alarm helps protect product during rushes and off-hours. A 1/3 HP system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant supports reliable cold holding, and 3-3/4" casters make cleaning and layout changes straightforward. cETLus and NSF listed, and Made in USA for demanding foodservice operations.
