Stage proteins, pastry components, or bar glassware below, and plate or portion on top to speed service on the cookline or in the prep room. Two field-rehingeable doors and an aluminum interior support flexible layouts and easy organization.
Electronic controls with a digital display and a hi-low alarm support consistent holding. A rear-mounted, self-contained system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor delivers reliable performance, while stainless front and end panels stand up to busy kitchens.
