The Continental SWF48N-FB-D is a front-breathing, 48-inch worktop freezer designed to streamline busy cooklines and tight prep areas. Its stainless steel flat top doubles as durable workspace, while the two-section, 13.4 cu ft cabinet keeps ingredients organized and within arm’s reach.
Optimize station efficiency with four smooth-access drawers that accept common pan layouts: either one 12" x 18" x 6" pan, or a 1/2 x 6 and 1/3 x 6 pan in each drawer (pans supplied by others). Electronic controls with a digital display and hi-low temperature alarm help staff monitor product integrity during peak service.
Set, roll, and clean with ease using 3-3/4" casters and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system deliver reliable cold holding, while stainless steel fronts and ends plus an aluminum interior stand up to daily commercial use. cETLus and NSF listed; Made in USA.
