Streamline prep and cold storage at the line with the Continental SWF60N-D 60-inch worktop freezer. Its stainless steel flat top offers a sturdy surface for assembling plates or staging pans, while four drawers keep frozen ingredients within arm’s reach. Two sections deliver 17.0 cu ft of organized capacity without sacrificing valuable workspace.
Load each drawer with a standard 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others) to separate proteins, sauces, doughs, or dessert mise for service. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system provides cold holding during peak periods.
An electronic control with digital display lets staff check settings at a glance, and a hi-low alarm helps alert the team to temperature deviations. Durable stainless steel front & end panels and an aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning. cETLus and NSF listed; made in the USA for commercial kitchens.
