Organize high-volume lines in two sections behind (2) field rehingeable doors, adapting swing to your kitchen layout. Electronic controls with a digital display let staff adjust temperatures and check status at a glance, and a hi-low alarm signals deviations.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system supports consistent holding while the front-breathing design suits built-in installs. 3-3/4 inch casters make cleaning and repositioning simple between shifts. Made in the USA with stainless front and end panels and an aluminum interior, it stands up to daily commercial use.
