Two field-rehingeable doors adapt to your layout as menus or traffic flow evolve, and 3-3/4 inch casters allow quick moves for cleaning. A rear-mounted, self-contained system powered by a 1/2 HP compressor uses R290 refrigerant for reliable cold holding.
