The Continental UC24N undercounter refrigerator maximizes cold storage in tight stations. At 24" wide with 4.82 cu ft in a single section, it fits beneath prep tables and bar counters without disrupting workflow. Front-breathing ventilation and a rear-mounted, self-contained system ease placement in busy lines.
Stage mise en place, dairy, or garnishes on the cookline, or position it at a server station for quick access to beverage and dessert ingredients. A field rehingable door lets you switch the hinge side to match traffic patterns and layouts. Rugged stainless steel exterior panels and an aluminum interior support daily cleaning routines.
The UC24N leverages efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 hp compressor and carries ENERGY STAR, cETLus, and NSF listings for professional kitchens.
