Its boilerless, gas-powered design streamlines steaming, roasting, baking, and retherming while protecting uptime in high-volume kitchens. Load full racks to move seamlessly from prep to cook to service.
Accommodate banquets, batch baking, or bulk retherm with capacity for twenty 18" x 26" sheet pans or forty 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. The easyDial interface with digital display, 9-stage programming, and 99-recipe storage helps standardize results across shifts. A multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto-reversing fan support even doneness and menu consistency.
Speed cleanup and turnover with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning system and a built-in pull-out spray hose. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, while the included CSRT2020-4 roll-in trolley and wire racks keep workflow efficient from oven to line.
