The Convotherm C4 ED 6.10GB-N gas combi oven/steamer with steam generator streamlines mixed-menu production while protecting product quality and consistency. Load six half-size sheet pans or six 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans to roast proteins, steam vegetables, bake sides, or retherm banquets on schedule. Stainless steel construction stands up to daily service in restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens.
Program, stage, and repeat results with easyDial controls featuring 9-stage cooking and storage for 99 recipes. A multi-point core temperature probe and five-speed auto-reversing fan promote even results across the cavity. Use the pull-out spray hose for quick rinses between cycles.
Speed cleanup and support hygiene with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning system and an antimicrobial hygienic door handle. This unit is gas-fired (75,000 BTU) with a 120v/60/1-ph connection drawing 0.6 kW and 7.5 amps, and it includes three wire racks to get you cooking immediately.
