The Convotherm C4 ET 10.10GB-N gas combi oven/steamer with steam generator powers high-volume production and tight turn times. Load up to ten half-size sheet pans or ten 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans to roast proteins, steam vegetables, or retherm banquet trays. Four modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—let your team match technique to menu without moving pans.
Direct operations from the 9" easyTouch control panel, storing 399 cooking recipes with up to 20 stages each. A multi-point core temperature probe monitors doneness across large roasts and mixed loads. The five-speed auto-reversing fan promotes even airflow for uniform color and moisture.
Reduce cleanup and downtime with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning system and a pull-out spray hose. Durable stainless steel construction and an anti-microbial hygienic door handle support daily use in busy kitchens.
