Engineered for demanding school kitchens, the Convotherm C4 ET 20.20EB-N DD SGL roll-in electric combi oven/steamer accelerates throughput while standardizing results. Its steam generator and four modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—let you bake, roast, poach, and retherm on a single platform.
Load up to (20) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (40) 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans on the included trolley to batch-cook entrées, sides, and trays. The 10" WiFi-ready easyTouch panel and U.S. cookbook with 200 K–12 recipes streamline programming and training across shifts.
