The Convotherm C4 ET 6.10GS-N gas, boilerless combi oven/steamer streamlines high-volume production with the capacity for six half-size sheet pans or six 12" x 20" x 1" hotel pans. Drive consistency with a 9" easyTouch control panel that stores 399 cooking recipes with 20 programmable stages each. Leverage four cooking modes—hot air, steam, combi-steam, and retherm—to adapt to diverse menus throughout the day.
Batch roast proteins, steam vegetables to order, or retherm banquets with precision using the multi-point core temperature probe and a five-speed auto-reversing fan for even airflow. Operators can quickly switch tasks and maintain pace on the line while protecting quality and presentation.
Accelerate clean-up and uptime with the ConvoClean+ fully automatic, hands-free cleaning system, supported by a pull-out spray hose for quick rinses.
