Engineered for demanding line service, the CookTek 680201 induction plancha accelerates throughput while delivering even, repeatable heat. Its 36-inch countertop footprint and 30-inch by 23-inch chrome half-grooved surface let teams sear proteins, mark vegetables, and finish delicate items on the same plate.
Operate two independent 7,000-watt induction zones with confidence using 10 temperature settings from 325 to 525°F. Dial in each side with responsive controls to run breakfast on one zone and high-heat searing on the other—ideal for à la carte, banquets, or volume production.
A durable stainless steel housing and advanced cooling support continuous service, while automatic shut-off enhances safety and energy management. Dual integral grease drawers speed cleanup and keep stations organized for smoother workflows across shifts.
