The CookTek 679101-2 SinAqua Souper system pairs two induction kettles with a multi-unit touch pad controller to streamline hot holding and rethermalizing in busy operations. Operators monitor precise heat with a digital temperature display for consistent results shift after shift. Designed for commercial kitchens, it helps staff manage two menu items from one intuitive hub.
Hold chowders, sauces, or signature soups at 140–200°F, then rethermalize batches to 170–200°F as service ramps up. Deploy it on cafeteria lines, buffets, and concessions where space, speed, and presentation matter.
Each station includes a 4 qt 18/8 stainless steel soup tureen with lid, a spun aluminum exterior, and a polycarbonate adapter ring for a clean, professional look. A standard 100–120V NEMA 5-15P plug keeps installation simple, and cETLus, NSF, and CE listings align with commercial requirements.
