Power high-volume soup and sauce programs with the CookTek 679101-6 SinAqua Souper induction kettle system. This package combines six kettles with a multi-unit touch pad controller, delivering precise holding from 140°–200°F and rethermalizing from 170°–200°F with a clear digital temperature display.
Coordinate service efficiently: monitor multiple wells at a glance and adjust set points quickly as menus change. Programmable stir notification prompts timely agitation to help maintain consistency for chowders, gravies, and chili.
Built for demanding operations, the system features spun aluminum exterior construction and a durable polycarbonate adapter ring, and includes two 4 qt 18/8 stainless steel soup tureens with lids. A plug-in 100–120V, 400W, 4.0A NEMA 5-15P connection simplifies setup and is backed by cETLus, NSF, and CE listings.
