The Crathco Frozen Beverage Machine (LV563102) is a counter model that is air-cooled and self-contained, providing double flavor production at the point of service. It pairs two 10 qt hoppers with two 8.4 qt freezing cylinders to move product through the system with dedicated capacity for each flavor. Each side delivers a rated output capacity of 6.6 gallons per hour, supporting dependable throughput across both flavors.
A lighted flavor sign elevates visibility and helps staff and guests identify selections on the counter. The unit operates on 115v and uses R449A refrigerant as specified. With a double flavor configuration and dedicated hoppers and cylinders, chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can keep service organized while maintaining consistent production on the counter.
