The Grindmaster UNIC Tango XP SOLO (LV604011) is a 1-group, 2-step super automatic espresso machine with an automatic SteamAir wand and a touch screen display. Dual 2.2 lb bean hoppers and two 83 mm grinders feed a stainless steel brewing chamber with 60,000-cycle piston seals, while temperature regulation for steam and group maintains consistency. An adjustable double coffee spout, programmable hot water dispenser, and a large waste bin with overfill safeguard streamline bar workflow.
Operators can tailor beverages with 48 programmable, customizable icon recipes and eight infusion parameters, supported by day/night mode and a drink counter for oversight. A cup warmer, full sized rotary vane pump, and metal panels enhance performance and presentation, complemented by a mat dark grey color. The unit includes 100 cleaning tablets, a USB drive, and plumbing tubes for water and drain line, and operates on 208v/60/1-ph, 5200 watts, 30 amps with a NEMA L6-30 plug; UL and NSF listed.
