The Cres Cor 1000CHAL2DE is a mobile, two-compartment cook and hold cabinet designed to pace high-volume service. Its radiant, insulated construction cooks gently and holds product at quality, helping you stage menu items without crowding the line. Deploy it for banquets, off-site catering, or anytime you need surge capacity with dependable control.
Solid state electronic controls with an LED digital display simplify programming of standard cook & hold cycles. Field reversible doors and magnetic, anti-microbial latches support smooth traffic flow and secure product during transport. The stainless steel interior cleans quickly while the aluminum exterior helps keep weight manageable.
Load up to sixteen 18" x 26" pans on angle slides set on 3" centers, and use the six included wire grids to adapt to different products. Four 5" swivel casters, including two with brakes, make repositioning effortless between prep, cook, and holding stations. Chefs and facility managers can streamline workflow by finishing roasts, resting proteins, or staging plated meals right where service happens.
