Ideal for banquets, healthcare, and high‑volume kitchens, it helps stage roasts, proteins, and sides so plating stays on schedule.
Load efficiently with capacity for up to sixteen 18" x 26" pans on angle slides set on 3" centers, plus six included wire grids for versatile setups. Field reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches support safe, smooth workflow from prep to pass.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel interior resists wear while the aluminum exterior keeps weight down for mobility. Four 5" swivel casters (two braked) make it easy to maneuver, park, and reposition on crowded lines or service corridors. Use probe cooking with the included 6" probe, then hold to finish service with confidence.
