Engineered for high-volume kitchens, the Cres Cor 1000CHSS2DE cook and hold cabinet streamlines production and service. Its two-compartment, radiant, insulated design lets teams slow-cook and hold menu items in one footprint while staying mobile on 5-inch swivel casters.
Load up to 16 full-size 18 x 26 pans on angle slides spaced 3 inches apart to stage proteins, sides, or plated components for banquets, catering routes, and cafeterias. Solid state electronic controls with an LED digital display provide dependable cook & hold cycles and easy, repeatable settings across shifts.
Field-reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches protect food and support flexible placement, while stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily cleaning. Six included wire grids expand your options for holding or finishing as service demands change.
