Streamline large-volume service with the Cres Cor 1000CHSSSPLITSTKDX, a stacked, mobile cook and hold oven built for consistent results. Radiant, insulated heat gently cooks from 140–325°F, then holds at 140–200°F to protect moisture and timing.
Load up to sixteen 18 x 26 sheet pans on 3-inch centers, or use the six included wire grids to stage carved meats, roasted vegetables, or plated batches. Programmable LED oven controls with 18 menu options and a food probe (6 inch) let you set, forget, and verify doneness across dayparts.
Field-reversible doors with magnetic, antimicrobial latches speed workflow in tight spaces, while stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily cleaning. Four 5-inch swivel casters, two with brakes, move from prep to service lines with ease for banquets, catering, and hospital or school kitchens.
