Streamline tray service with a mobile, single compartment tray delivery cart engineered for busy workflows and continuous circulation. The non-insulated cabinet holds (10) 15" x 20" pans on 5-1/2" centers to keep orders organized and accessible throughout prep and delivery. A reinforced door swings 270° for clear, full-door access, and a gravity type latch helps prevent accidental openings in transit and during staging.
It moves on (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) braked, so staff can navigate tight spaces and lock the cart securely when parked or queued. Hi-Tensile aluminum exterior & interior withstand daily use while keeping the cart easy to handle, and a card clip is included for fast identification and communication.
