Product Description
Keep tray service moving with a mobile, single compartment tray delivery cart designed for efficient workflows. It holds (20) 15" x 20" pans on 5-1/2" centers for organized loading and consistent spacing across the cabinet. The reinforced door swings 270° to open wide for unobstructed access during loading and unloading. This single compartment layout centralizes pans in one cabinet to maintain orderly staging.
A gravity type latch secures the door, and a card clip is included for clear identification. Four 5" swivel casters, with two braked, provide mobility and stable positioning as needed throughout service. The exterior and interior are Hi-Tensile aluminum, and the cart is NSF. As a non-insulated cart, it focuses on transport, organization, and access within tray delivery workflows.
