Drive service speed and consistency with the Cres Cor 1200HHSS2DX heated mobile cabinet. This two-compartment, radiant, insulated design keeps menu items ready for service while helping chefs stage orders for banquets, tray lines, and off-site events.
Load up to sixteen 18" x 26" pans or thirty-two 12" x 20" pans, then fine-tune spacing with adjustable slides on 1-1/2" centers to fit varying product heights. Two independent deluxe solid state electronic controls with LED digital displays let operators set each compartment separately for different menu needs.
Field reversible dutch doors with magnetic anti-microbial latches support fast access and secure holding during transport. A top-mount heater assembly and durable stainless steel cabinet roll smoothly on four 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, streamlining movement from kitchen to serving stations.
