Product Description
This mobile utility rack features a wide-opening, full-height profile with side loading to keep pans moving quickly between stations for fast access and staging. Corrugated sidewalls act as pan slides for 18" x 26" pans on 1-1/2" centers, providing organized, consistent spacing throughout the full height. With a 39 pan capacity and fully welded Hi-Tensile aluminum frame construction, it is built for demanding, continuous operation in active production areas.
Four 5" swivel casters provide maneuverability, and two braked casters secure the rack during loading, staging, or service. Closed sides and corrugated sidewalls support side loading and consistent pan placement across the rack from top to bottom. NSF compliance aligns with the expectations of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on efficiency and workflow.
