Fixed 1-1/2 inch centers provide uniform spacing, keeping pans separated for orderly drying and staging between prep, bake, or wash cycles in busy kitchens. This configuration promotes clear visibility and consistent placement as trays move through production from start to finish.
Aluminum construction combines with four heavy duty 5 inch swivel casters to deliver reliable mobility from station to station without disrupting workflow. Two braked casters secure the rack in place during loading or stationary drying, maintaining stable positioning as tasks change throughout the day.
