Extruded angle ledge pan supports are welded to the frame to hold (18) 18 x 26 trays or (18) 12 x 20 pans on 3-inch centers, streamlining staging and transport. Aluminum extruded angles welded in place on 3-inch centers deliver uniform spacing across every level.
A fully welded Hi-Tensile aluminum frame provides long-lasting performance in demanding foodservice environments. Four 5-inch swivel casters make maneuvering easy, with two braked casters to lock the rack securely in place. NSF compliant construction gives chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers confidence while keeping workflows moving from prep to cold holding.
