Streamline back-of-house flow with this mobile, half-size utility rack featuring closed sides for organized staging, protected transport, and cleaner aisles. Extruded, interlocking side walls double as pan slides on 1-1/2" centers, allowing smooth loading and retrieval of 18" x 26" pans or plastic food boxes. With a 15 pan capacity, it consolidates storage, supports orderly batching, and speeds changeovers on busy prep lines.
A fully welded Hi-Tensile aluminum frame delivers rugged performance and long-term alignment while keeping the rack light and easy to maneuver. Four 3" swivel casters, including two with brakes, make it simple to navigate tight aisles, park securely, and maintain control during service. This NSF utility rack supports efficient workflow from prep to service and keeps product presentation orderly throughout the kitchen.
