It accommodates both 18" x 26" sheet pans and 12" x 20" steam table pans in a compact footprint, ideal for kitchens with tight corridors and limited storage space. Use it to stage plated meals, bulk sides, or bakery trays while maintaining holding conditions during service routes.
Load up to eight pans on lift-out slides set on 2-3/4" centers to optimize spacing and accelerate turns between prep, holding, and service.
