Streamline back-of-house workflows with the Cres Cor 500CHALDE under-counter cook and hold cabinet. This radiant, insulated unit fits beneath standard worktops to save valuable line space while managing cook & hold cycles via solid state electronic control and an LED digital display.
Load up to five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans or three 12" x 20" x 4" pans on slides set 1-3/8" apart to stage batches for service. Use the included 6" probe to monitor internal product temperature and transition seamlessly from cooking to holding.
Field-reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches support your layout and sanitation standards. 3" swivel casters, two with brakes, simplify positioning, while an external drip pan helps keep stations tidy.
