Streamline production and service with the Cres Cor 500CHALDX under-counter cook-n-hold cabinet. Radiant, insulated heating and deluxe LED controls let you automate low-temp cooking and holding without tying up your line equipment.
Load (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans or (3) 12" x 20" x 4" pans on slides spaced at 1-3/8" centers to fit your menu mix. Use the included 6" food probe to hit precise internal temperatures, then transition seamlessly into hold mode using 18 programmable menu options.
Place it beneath counters to roast overnight, finish proteins before the rush, or stage sides for banquets. Field-reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches, an external drip pan, and 3" swivel casters (two braked) support clean, mobile, and confident operation in busy kitchens.
