Optimize pans and labor with capacity for (5) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or (3) 12" x 20" x 4" pans. Pan slides on 1-3/8" centers let you arrange proteins, sides, or banquets as needed for service. Ideal for slow roasting, staging plated courses, or maintaining ready-to-serve items on catering lines.
Solid state electronic control with an LED digital display and standard controls makes programming cook & hold cycles straightforward. Field reversible doors with magnetic, anti-microbial latches enhance accessibility and hygiene. Four 3" swivel casters, two with brakes, and an external drip pan simplify placement and cleanup.
