Stage roasts, proteins, and sides for service with capacity for five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans or three 12" x 20" x 4" pans. Pan slides on 1-3/8" centers let you organize batches and manage production flow. Use cook & hold cycles to finish low-temp items and maintain serving temperature through service.
Built for demanding operations, stainless steel construction stands up to daily use, and field reversible doors adapt to changing layouts. Magnetic, anti-microbial latches add secure, sanitary access, while the external drip pan captures condensation and drips. Four 3" swivel casters, including two with brakes, simplify positioning for cleaning and line changes.
