Dial in consistency with deluxe LED controls offering 18 programmable menu options and food probe cooking; a 3" probe is included for precise internal doneness. A field reversible door adapts to changing layouts, while anti-microbial latches support hygienic workflows. Use it to slow-roast proteins overnight, hold sides during peak periods, or stage plated items for banquets without overcooking.
Accommodating (10) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or (6) 12" x 20" x 4" pans, the cabinet’s slides are set on 1-3/8" centers for efficient loading.
