Accommodate up to 120 standard 11-inch covered plates, 90 plates at 11-3/4 inches, or 60 plates at 13 inches to match your menu and lid size. Dual doors speed loading and line-side access, while 6-inch casters let staff roll from prep to ballroom with minimal effort.
