The insulated stainless steel body and bottom-mount heater assembly promote consistent holding while the analog thermometer lets staff verify cabinet conditions at a glance. Move from prep to service without interrupting workflow.
Field reversible dutch doors with anti-microbial latches support tight footprints and busy corridors. Inside, (11) sets of chrome plated wire universal angle slides are set on 4-1/2" centers and adjust on 1-1/2" centers to accommodate mixed pans and trays.
Recessed push/pull handles and (4) 5" swivel casters navigate aisles smoothly; (2) casters lock to stabilize the unit on the line. Use it to stage banquets, back up a steam table, or hold room-service trays during transport.
