This insulated, half-size, one-compartment unit pairs a bottom-mount heater assembly with humidity to help maintain product moisture and serving temperature. Ideal for banquets, catering routes, or holding ahead of service.
Optimize tray management with six sets of chrome-plated universal angle slides on 4-1/2" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments to fit a range of pans and trays. A field-reversible door and anti-microbial latches support sanitation and workflow. Recessed push/pull handles protect doorways and simplify maneuvering.
Built for the rigors of daily operation, the aluminum cabinet glides on four 5" swivel casters, two with brakes, for precise positioning at the line or in transport. An analog thermometer provides quick, at-a-glance temperature checks. Durable construction helps withstand frequent loading and transport across your facility.
