The Cres Cor H137SUA12D heated mobile cabinet helps busy kitchens stage, hold, and transport hot menu items with confidence. Its insulated body and top-mount heater assembly support consistent performance while keeping the footprint compact and maneuverable. Universal angle slides accept a wide range of pan sizes, from 12" x 20" to 18" x 26", giving chefs the flexibility to mix hotel pans and sheet pans in one cabinet. With 12 sets of slides on 4-1/2" centers and adjustability in 1-1/2" increments, you can configure spacing to match your menu and service flow.
Recessed push/pull handles and four 5" swivel casters make navigation smooth; two casters lock to secure the unit at the point of service.
